and shit i forgot to add the moon. it doens't really matter though.

i hate venting in journals so here's a bit of a vent of what's going on
a lot of things are going on in my life tbh
most of it revolves around my mental health LMAO
i was diagnosed with bipolar spectrum disorder this week and i'm feeling kind of...scared about it to be honest
also i've felt very paranoid today...i feel like everyone can read my mind, everyone knows my secrets but they're just actors that aren't real people.
and every 3 weeks i have a sort of polar episode where i'm esctatic for at least three days and then i'm dissociating and severly depressed for another three days. this lasts for a week

and the thing is, nothing really triggered anything ?? my medication has been stable for months now and this is only a recent thing.}
